I have an eye infection. There are just too many little bags of disease running around Cows right now. I’m avoiding that place until the ski season ends.

I’ve decided to take a break from coffee and beer. My coffee consumption, for one, is way out of hand. I basically drink coffee all day long, from a couple of cups from the Bialetti in the morning, to a coffee break in the afternoon, to more in the late afternoon. The next week is going to be hell.

Beer isn’t such a problem. I’m just tired of hanging at the No Name, listening to tourists blab about skiing and real estate.

I did my first anusara class at Yoga Space tonight. I liked it much more than my previous experience with yoga (bikram). I’m going to check out The Shop on Monday up in Park City.
